  • Perkin Elmer LS-55 steady state instrument capable of anisotropy measurements.

  • PTI fluorescence spectrometer capable of emission, excitation, lifetime, and polarization / anisotropy experiments.  Nitrogen laser capable of nanosecond lifetime measurements.

  • Li-COR Odyssey Infrared Imaging system for Gel, Western blot and ELISA quantitative analysis consists of two near-infrared diode lasers (Em 685 and 785nm) and silicon avalanche photodiode detectors. 

  • NanoDrop 3300 Fluorospectrometer

  • Zeiss Axio Observer Fluorescence microscope with Evolve 512x512 10MHz Digital Monochrome EMCCD Camera capable of total-internal reflectance fluorescence (TIRF)
